These delightful little glasses are bursting with layers of pure bliss, combining the irresistible flavors of Biscoff biscuits and creamy goodness. Perfect for any occasion, these dessert shots are quick and easy to make, ensuring a fuss-free and fun experience.
1 dessert shot glass (230ml)
- Layer 1: Biscuit Base
Start by creating the foundation of our Biscoff Dessert Shots. Combine 20g of Biscoff biscuit crumbs with 5g of clarified butter or ghee. Stir them together until well mixed. Layer this mixture at the base of your dessert glass.
- Layer 2: Biscoff Cream
For the creamy layer, you'll need 100g of cream with a fat content of 25%. Add 1 teaspoon of icing sugar to the cream. Soften 50g of Biscoff spread and add it to the bowl. Using an electric hand beater, whip the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and fluffy consistency. Fit a piping bag with a 2A nozzle and transfer the cream mixture into it. Pipe the cream over the biscuit base, filling up less than half of the dessert glass.
- Layer 3: Melted Biscoff Spread
To enhance the taste and texture, pour 50g of melted Biscoff spread over the cream layer. Place the dessert glass in the freezer for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the spread has firmed up.
- Layer 4: Biscoff Crumbs
Now it's time to add an irresistible crunch! Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Biscoff crumbs over the firm Biscoff spread layer.
- Layer 5: Biscoff Cream, Part II
Continuing with the layers, pipe another layer of the Biscoff cream over the crumb layer, leaving a small space at the top for the final touch.
- Layer 6: Final Biscoff Spread
Pour 30g of melted Biscoff spread over the second cream layer, ensuring it spreads evenly. Let the dessert set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to allow all the flavors to meld together beautifully.
- Finishing Touch:
To give your Biscoff Dessert Shots an exquisite presentation, delicately edge the glass with Biscoff biscuit crumbs. This will add an extra touch of elegance and create a visual feast before you take your first heavenly sip.
