This delightful treat pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or as a delightful midday snack at work.
- Did you know the best part? It's incredibly easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 250g quark (preferably 20% fat content)
- 200g soy yogurt or yogurt of your choice
- 20g sugar or erythritol (or other sweeteners)
- 100ml oat milk
- 1/2 packet vanilla pudding powder
- Topping of your choice: tangerines, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, etc.
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a mixing bowl, combine the quark, soy yogurt (or your preferred yogurt), sugar (or sweetener), oat milk, and vanilla pudding powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish or individual ramekins, ensuring they are evenly filled.
Top your cheesecake with your favorite fruits, such as tangerines, blueberries, cherries, or raspberries. Be creative and choose whichever toppings you love!
Place the baking dish or ramekins in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.
Once baked, remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool. For best results, refrigerate it overnight to let it firm up and achieve a creamy texture.
The next morning, your cheesecake will be ready to go! Pack it up and take it to work or enjoy it with a cup of coffee. Savor every delightful bite!
